Fossil Poaching in Canada

I'm looking for any good resources on fossil poaching/smuggling/black market in Canada. I have managed to get a pretty good rundown of the legal situation, but what I'd really like is any accounts of actual instances of it happening, particularly if it involves accounts of people getting caught.
(The idea would be something involving dinosaur bones from Alberta in the late 20th century, but at this point I'll take anything, any time period, including bones from other countries being smuggled through Canada.)
