Fact Finding

And I suddenly remembered about this comm. First post, so yeah...

Was wondering if there was anyone in the comm had lived or went to Japan and visited any of the zoos over there? It's for a one-shot of mine where my character had a flashback of going to the zoo in the past, in which indirectly in the future... allowed him to have certain ideas on how to perform some of his, secret plans he had. Most specifically, on Asahiyama Zoo. I've managed to google a bit, and had some bit of info... like at the web page and had the zoo's pamphlet image. Though, not much that I could get from there. Aside from the general info.

What I wanted to find out was... what kind of animals that you can find over at Asahiyama? (Aside from umm... the animals featured in the pamphlet --or did the zoo only had those animals inside or more than that?--like penguins, seals, polar bears, wolves.... orangutans, etc) I mean... I'm not expecting people to list all of the available attractions there. But I felt like I need to know if there were any animals that should not be spotted in Asahiyama so that I won't get shot later for providing false fact. XP

Do they have dolphins there? Or whales...? Do they have animal shows at the zoo? Because I tend to get unrelated results like the issue they had recently about the dolphin hunts... not what I'm looking for.

Yeah, this was kinda silly muse... but my character was the kind of person who liked to use normal things that he sees and applying its use in his own project, so in a way... things like going to the zoo in the past and getting fancy ideas about it was the kind of things that he'd do.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm just as bad at googling or I've been using wrong/too general a keyword to search for this.

Edit: I'll also try googling about other zoos later. Reason for me choosing Asahiyama was because I happened to see a clip on it anyway. XD. But I won't mind reading more about it from others. XD
